I placed my order on 6/2/2024 and then a refund was issued on 7/30/2024. I have yet receive my refund or my shoes. I have contacted Varsity by email and by phone to just be told over and over that it’s been escalated to the accounting department. No real response and no real timeline. So I assume they are just out here stealing from customers.

Comfortable and forms nicely to the foot, making impact easier on the arch.

What a nightmare. These shoes didn’t fit my daughter. I ordered mid May and sent back within a few weeks and it’s July in a few days and I continue to email. They say it’s with accounting. Beware! People can’t be babysitting their returns for a credit. I deeply regret ordering here and not on Amazon!
