We are diligently monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and closely watching official information from health authorities such as the Centers for Disease Control (“CDC”) and World Health Organization (“WHO”) as it relates to our larger community.

Q: Are you still open for business?

Yes, we are open for business. Our team is currently working remotely and able to assist you during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 CST). We can be reached at 800.533.8022 or shopcustserv@varsity.com.

Q: Are deliveries delayed?
A: At this time, we are not experiencing delivery delays for stock merchandise.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is entered into our system, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to track your order. If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service at 800.533.8022 or shopcustserv@varsity.com for assistance.

Q: Can I still return an item?

Q: Are your packages free of COVID-19?
A: Coronaviruses do not generally survive for long on surfaces so there is likely very low risk of them spreading from products or packaging that travel for many days at room temperature. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often through direct contact with those who are ill coughing or sneezing.
