Shipping Information
Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for your order to be processed. During peak times of the season, our processing times can take longer. All items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. Any items on backorder will be communicated to you. When multiple shipments are required, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional shipments on the same order. Title and risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of goods to the common carrier.
Shipping Times
To determine when you will receive your order, please add 1-2 business days for order processing to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 3 weeks for made to order items (poms, made-to-order warm ups) and drop ship items (Capezio shoes). Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you placed an order for made-to-order items through your Varsity Rep, please refer to our Anticipated Shipping Schedule for an estimate on shipping times.
Shipping Methods
"Ground" FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days after Order Processed
"Priority" FedEx 2-Day: 2 Business Days after Order Processed
"Expedited" FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 Business Day after Order Processed

Shipping and handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Available shipping methods include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.

We are unable to process online orders shipping to a PO Box at this time.

International Shipping
We are unable to process online orders shipping outside of the United States at this time. Orders shipping outside of the 50 United States, please note, shipping times are extended beyond what is listed above.
