Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. All items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. Any shipping delays not alerted to you in the ordering process will be communicated to you within 5 business days of receipt of your order. When multiple shipments are required, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional shipments on the same order.
To determine when you will receive your order, please add 1-2 business days for order processing to the appropriate shipping time based on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Please allow up to 3 weeks for made to order items (poms, made-to-order warm ups, DVD's, CD's) and drop ship items (Capezio shoes). Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you placed an order for made-to-order items through your Varsity Rep, please refer to our Anticipated Shipping Schedule for an estimate on shipping times.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Available shipping methods include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight (orders must be received by 2:00 pm CST to be processed and shipped out the same day).
