Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make from Varsity.  If you are not pleased with your order, we'll give you a refund or send you another size, color, or style.  Only merchandise purchased through the online store can be returned or exchanged following these procedures below.  If you purchased items onsite at a camp or an event, please call 800.354.8264 for assistance.  If you purchased merchandise through your local Varsity Uniform Rep, please contact your rep for assistance.  Not sure who your rep is?  Find out here.

 

  • All in-stock items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the receipt of your merchandise.  Simply fill out the bottom section of your packing slip and use the pre-addressed mailing label to return your items to Varsity.  If you no longer have your packing slip, please call 1.800.533.8022 for assistance.  If you no longer have your pre-addressed mailing label, please ship your return to the following address:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, it is recommended that you send your return to Varsity via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.  Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.  If merchandise is being exchanged, there is no additional shipping charge to fulfill your exchange request.

 

  • Made-to-order item are not eligible for return unless they are defective.  This includes poms, made-to-order warm ups, etc.  If an item is made-to-order, it is noted in the product description.

 

  • Items that have been worn or soiled may not be returned.

 

  • Due to health regulations, briefs, bodysuits, tights, and in-stock dancewear may not be returned if the package has been opened.

 

  • Shoes may be returned provided they are not soiled, remain in their original shoe box, and there is no writing on the shoe box.  There is no restocking fee for shoe returns.  If shoes are not received in restockable condition, they will be returned to you.

 

  • Washing instructions are printed clearly on all garment labels.  Items not washed according to our care labels are not returnable.

 

  • We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges on any item deemed FINAL SALE.
